Employee Requirements:

All employees will be responsible for the various duties of landscape construction installation, ensuring the highest quality of installations (which includes but not limited to); unit paving, retaining walls, concrete, irrigation, fencing, low voltage lighting and plant materials. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude is a must while performing and delegating job duties. Safely drive a truck and trailer as well as operate various types of construction equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Direct and manage team members (2-5) in a positive way and monitor progress toward objectives through regular informal evaluations.

• Monitor quality and job hours, while making any necessary changes as needed.

• Responsibly transport team members to and from the job site in company vehicles.

• Communicate effectively with the customer during every visit to the property and communicate any issues to the Construction Project Manager.

• Demonstrate knowledge of the proper requirements by performing the required techniques for installing materials and be proactive in the training of the other team members.

• Installation foremen are considered “working foremen” and must be able to lead as well as work alongside the other team members in all working conditions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have a valid North Caroline driver’s license.

• Demonstrate ability and knowledge of landscape construction installations.

• 3-5 years of experience in the landscape/hardscape industry.

• Ability to consistently left 50 lbs.

• Ability to manage team members in a professional manner.
